The official Twitch app does not show emotes from 7TV, BTTV or FrankerFaceZ. To see them on a phone you need a dedicated chat app. The best known are JilChat, Frosty, DankChat and Chatsen.
Frosty, DankChat and Chatsen are free; DankChat and Chatsen offer an optional paid badge. JilChat is free to use and offers Pro, an optional subscription for features with server costs such as push notifications.
