Emotes from every common provider
JilChat loads emotes from Twitch, 7TV, BTTV, FrankerFaceZ and FFZ:AP, both global sets and channel sets. Animated emotes play as animations, 7TV paints are drawn properly, and new channel emotes show up within seconds without a restart.
All badge providers
Next to the name sit badges from Twitch, 7TV, FrankerFaceZ, Chatterino and JilChat. In a busy chat that is what tells you at a glance who is talking.
Highlights and push notifications
Highlight rules colour the messages you care about: your name, particular users or keywords you choose. The free plan allows three rules, Pro removes the limit.
With Pro, matches also arrive as push notifications, even when the app is fully closed. If a desktop client is running on the same machine, your phone stays quiet.
Moderation right on the message
If Twitch lists you as a moderator, every message carries timeout, ban and delete buttons. The permissions come from Twitch, JilChat grants none of its own.
A display you can adjust
Font size, line spacing, message density, background colour, timestamps and emote size are adjustable. Chat stays readable from across the room and still keeps up at twenty messages a second.
Images and voice messages
Pictures and voice messages can be sent straight from the app. JilChat uploads the file and puts a short jil.chat link into chat that anyone can open. Voice messages are part of Pro, image upload is free.

You can use the in-build twitch player to watch your stream while chatting.
